When was the last time you showed your staff some appreciation?

We’ve all been through an absolutely crazy, awful time in the last year.

Your staff has gone from their normal working hours, in an office surrounded by colleagues, sharing cake on birthdays, and enjoying after-work team drinks to suddenly working from home, possibly dealing with children, homeschooling, pets, and partners all whilst being under one roof!

While they have all had to do that, they have continued doing their job, as best as they can given the situation, and you as a business may have pivoted and been creative in ways to keep running. It’s been a whirlwind of emotions for business owners and employees alike.

Yet, as the world starts to return to some kind of normal, the easy return may not be as easy as it may seem. Many people have had the time to reassess their lives and importantly their jobs. People all over the country are wondering if their job is really for them and if maybe they would be happier doing something else.

Engaging and appreciating your staff could go a long way to helping them feel needed. Everyone wants to feel needed in their job. Whilst there are many employee recognition ideas around we like to offer a personal service in a small token of appreciation with a thank-you award! Why not have some awards created for each of your staff members which says what you are grateful for about them personally?

Employee Recognition Awards
We Like What You Do Awards
  • We love what you do.

  • We love how you make everyone smile!

  • You are the queen of organization.

What is it that your employees bring to your business? Just think how amazing it would be to come into the office or to receive a nice gift in the post that is very unique to the recipient and shows just how much you value them.

Have a look at our online shop if you would like some ideas or if you would like to have a chat about how we can help you and your team give us a call or email!

We hope to help you celebrate you and your staff and create memories to last a lifetime!
